Disassemble bulky appliances and furniture ahead
Disassembly is usually included in the services movers offer. However, it might cost you by running up the clock. If you have the tools, you can do the disassembly as well. Start with large pieces such as bunk beds and swing sets. After removing all nuts, bolts and screws, place them in a plastic bag together. Don’t forget to label which furniture they came from.
